The data controller is Combitech Italia Srl, Via Achille Grandi 9 – Zona Industriale – 20020 Arconate (MI) – Italy – VAT number IT12913100157, hereinafter “Combitech”, for brevity. Combitech processes personal data in compliance with the European legislation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter "GDPR", for brevity). Pursuant to the articles. 12, 13 and 14 of the GDPR, the Data Controller provides this information on the processing of personal data carried out by it.

Scope of

This information applies to Combitech and its site and to personal data relating to natural persons. Combitech cannot be and is in no way responsible for the processing of independent third parties and third party sites accessible from any links on the Combitech site.

Purpose of processing without express consent

All personal information that you provide without express consent, via web or email or otherwise, is optional and the result of your free choice. This information will be processed solely by Combitech for the purposes of: (a) responding to and satisfying your requests, (b) fulfilling our contractual obligations, (c) pursuing the Data Controller's legitimate interests [example: defending oneself in legal proceedings], (d) fulfill legal and tax obligations.

Purpose of processing with express consent

Only upon express consent from the interested party, Combitech will process personal data of natural persons for promotional and commercial purposes: for example to inform you of new offers of products or services.

Personal data retention period

Combitech will retain personal data for the period necessary and sufficient for the purposes declared or required by legal and tax regulations or until the interested party requests its deletion (see also Rights of the interested party).

Rights of the interested party

The natural person to whom the data refers ("interested party") has the following rights:

• revoke your consent from the Data Controller at any time*
• lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Guarantor),
• ask the Data Controller for access to the data to verify its accuracy and possibly request its correction,
• ask the Data Controller for the portability of your data in intelligible format (.csv),
• ask the Data Controller to delete** your personal data

* this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the revocation

** the cancellation request will be satisfied if there are no other legal bases that oblige us to keep the data: for example data necessary for the execution of our contractual or regulatory obligation.

Categories of personal data

Unless otherwise freely provided by the interested party, Combitech only processes "common" personal data. The systematic and continuous processing of "particular data" (i.e. sensitive, medical, judicial, etc.) is excluded.

Sources of personal data

Combitech may receive your personal data from you by your free choice (via email, website, telephone, fax, etc.) or from public sources (public registers, social networks, etc.). Whatever the source, Combitech will not process the personal data of natural persons for promotional or commercial purposes without their explicit consent.
